All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may increase during holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if damage is present

We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
