At South End Beach Club, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Sizing

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order. Product measurements and sizing charts are provided on each product page to help you select the best fit.

Because items are produced specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failure to claim a package, or delivery refusal, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
